Recipe (English):
Ingredients:
- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 400g cream cheese
- 200ml whipped cream
- 100g sugar
- 2 ripe mangoes (cubed)
- 1 tbsp gelatin
- 50ml hot water
- Mango puree for glaze
- Popcorn for garnish
Instructions:
- Crush the biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press into a springform pan to form the base. Chill.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and whipped cream until smooth.
- Dissolve gelatin in hot water and mix into the cheese mixture.
- Fold in mango cubes, pour mixture over the base, and refrigerate until set.
- Pour mango puree on top and refrigerate until firm.
- Garnish with popcorn before serving.
